Subject: "Update on Abbe"
Dear Lisa,
As you probably remember I lost my 13 year old Pomeranian Adia on Mothers Day 2010 after surgery for bladder stones. I loved her dearly and I was devastated at the loss of her. I was searching the internet not really interested in getting another dog but just trying to fill the terrible emptiness of losing Adia by looking at pictures of Pomeranians. I came across a video of you with then puppy Bambi now called Abbe. Through tears I showed my husband, he said call Lisa now (it was 9PM). It was like looking at a video of Adia as a puppy. The rest, as they say, is history Not only did we take Bambi home but Thumper (now called Cody) as well. We brought them home to Duke that was our 10 year old 60 pound rescue (Chow/Collie mix) who was also mourning the loss of Adia. At first they were scared of Duke but within minutes knew that he would be their best friend. Duke was very upset when I crated them the first week for bed. He wanted them with him. The three of them were inseparable, they went to work (they were office dogs), went to the groomer and traveled together. That was the amazing thing about your puppies. They were perfectly trained and so well behaved from the minute we brought them home that we didnt miss a beat in our daily routine. They were all but housebroken and came with perfect manners. I went to visit my sister for a week in Ocala, Florida about 2 months after getting the puppies. She fell totally in love with Cody and Cody loved being on the farm running with the chickens, it seemed only natural that Cody become my sisters. We get to visit him often; he couldnt be happier and seemed to be a born farmer.
Now I want to tell you how glad I am that I found you as a person and a breeder. You are an incredibly caring person and it shows in the quality of your dogs. Abbe has an exceptional temperament. She is a bold puppy, showing no fear of loud noises such as thunder, crashing sounds, or loud appliances. She is curious and explorative, taking great joy in partaking of new experiences in many different environments, we bring her everywhere with us. She has traveled all over the State of Florida and beyond, for we travel in an RV on the weekends. She is particularly exceptional in that she is also extremely social. She absolutely loves other people and other dogs, and loves nothing more than meeting them, whether or not they reciprocate her feelings. As my husband says every morning bringing Duke and Abbe back from their walk I wish I had Abbes love of life, she greets every morning with love and excitement. Abbe is perfect in that she had a perfect start with you, Lisa. Thank you for that. She is 8 pounds of pure love and affection; she makes us smile all day long until she falls asleep snuggled up against us in bed. We love her more than we could possibly tell you.
I cant wait to get my first order of Lifes Abundance food for Duke and Abbe (thanks for your help with that) and to be able to let my sister know she doesnt have to cook for Cody anymore. LOL (I secretly think she LOVES to cook for him)
Thank you again and much love,
Helen and Bob Gossett

subject: Tyler Letter
Hello Lisa-
It has been 3 days since Tyler has stepped into our lives and he has left an imprint on our hearts forever. He has been the best little puppy we have ever had. He is potty trained, he is crate trained, he sits, lays down and rolls over, he walks without a leash and stays by my side, however we use a leash just incase. Tyler listens very well, and just wants to be with us and tries his hardest to please us. He is not shy of strangers and greets them with a wagging tail and smiling face, begging to be picked up to give kisses.
Its very apparent that you have spent so much time with these puppies, your love for your puppies show, you go out of your way to spend all your time with them. You truly make bringing a puppy into someones home a smooth transition. There is not much Tyler needs work on. Tyler is always a smiling happy puppy.
Tyler had his first vet check up, and the vet and his staff just loved Tyler. The vet did the personality test with him and said, " You have a good tempered pup right here", he's confident and calm. That's a huge plus in my book.
For anyone looking to purchase a puppy from Lisa At POMSLOVE will not be disappointed. Lisa, is very patient, she is very helpful, she loves her puppies and wants them to go to the perfect home based on the puppies personality. She wants nothing more than a happy home for dog and owner. She has called and emailed me over 10 times in just 3 days insuring we love the pup and asking if there is anything we need. Anything, I've asked of Lisa she has helped me with promptly and she makes her self always available. She makes you feel like, she just gave away one of her children. She even talks to Tyler by phone, and Tyler listens to her voice, with a smile and perky ears listing intently. He loves Lisa!
Lisa is a small hobby breeder, we went to her home, she welcomed us with open arms, we stayed over 4 hours and just played with the pups, Lisa was so patient. I think she would have cooked us dinner had we stayed longer, she is that wonderful. Her dogs are not in the backyard in heat, or kennels they live in her home with dogie beds and lots of toys. She is someone who truly loves the dog and breed. Its not all about money for Lisa, its about quality dogs and being able to provide good dogs for families, who are looking for a long lasting companion. Some dogs live longer than marriages, lol. and this is a big decision but Lisa, makes this decision easy. All LIsa's dogs old and young are very well socialized and it shows, this is very important for any dog. We have small children but Tyler loves them as much as an Adult and that's a HUGE BONUS.
Lisa- also took time to give me info on diet, and nutrition with best foods and supplements for the pups health, including coats and joints, stomach etc.
I give LISA 5 STARS and I will only get another POM in the future from LISA.
Lisa, you have been the best, thank you for everything you have such a BIG Heart!
Love, The COURSEY FAMILY

Lisa,
I thought I'd update you on Beaux. First, we've renamed her Sophie. My son and daughter had another dog with their father (after we divorced) also named Bo who died in December just before the holidays. They were having a hard time calling Beaux by the same name so we talked and came up with naming her Sophie.
The food and training treats came on Friday and I'm adding a few kibbles to Gizmo's regular food and he loves it. I hope to have him off of his regular food in the next few weeks.
Sophie and Gizmo are playing together so well. She loves chasing him around. She is going potty well outside and sleeping thru the night. She is a joy for us!
Regards,
Julia

Hi Lisa,
Toby is just as sweet as can be and he listens so well! He pretty much just follows me every where I go and he loves to cuddle! He is very smart, and very well trained, and for that I am so GRATEFUL ! He has only had one accident and that was the very first night I picked him up from the airport. I am very happy.
Regards,
Linda
P.S. I will email you some pictures.

subject: Teddy (Puppy)
Hi Lisa! We are convinced we have the BEST puppy in the world!!!!! Teddy's been such a good boy....he's peed a couple times in the house yesterday but managed to go outside to poop! We praised him of course & rewarded him with a treat. Immediately after we left your house we went to Petsmart and bought all the basic necessities (dog bed, squeaky chew toy, puppy pee pads, harness, brush, wipes, and also grabbed one of their training schedules. I'm assuming Teddy can skip the beginner class since you did such an AMAZING job training him on the basics already...so we may need to use you as a reference for them to call you to ask you about the training you've done. We also, stopped at the Pet Hospital, which is 1 block from our home, so we could schedule his vaccination appointments. They also offered training classes where the trainer comes to our house to train...I may decide to do that a couple times & then Petsmart a couple times so Teddy is obediant at home & also around other dogs as well.
We went to the "Lincoln Road" outdoor shops & restaurants (very dog friendly area) with some friends yesterday for dinner and we felt like we were walking around with a CELEBRITY because of all the attention teddy was getting!! And my goodness does he LOVE the attention!! He behaved like a doll!! Even small toddlers could approach him and he was as sweet as playful as can be. And he was very friendly with all the other dogs as well (although I was very cautious around the bigger dogs and also not letting him play too mu
ch since he does not have all his shots & no flee meds) My girlfriends that were with us ADORED him & were fighting over holding him! Strangers even asked to take pictures with him! Even clothing stores that don't normally let dogs in were we telling me I could bring him inside with me! Was an amazing 1st day out with Teddy! Bedtime was a sinch with him...we took him outside until he peed & pooped then he went in his crate and didn't make a sound for the entire night! We expected that he would wimper or bark to get our attention and because we expected him to miss his brother & the pack at your house, but surprisingly he was such a perfectly sweet little boy!! I also left a t-shirt of mine in his crate with him so he could get used to my scent.
This morning we took him out for a walk & he waited to pee outside like a good boy! Ive already given him a bath today, blow dried him about 80% dry....which he was so amaaaaazingly good for me! I was really shocked at how well he bahaved through the whole process! The ONLY thing he gets angry with me about is the brushing part.....it's honestly the ONLY time he's growled, barked & snapped at me a couple times. I watched a grooming video on youtube for poms but those techniques still dont make Teddy like getting brushed. I told him NO and closed his mouth when he snapped at me and then I put him in his crate with the door shut & no toys for 30 mins. I will try to brush him again later.
So there's the details of our 1st day with Teddy!! We feel SO LUCKY to have found him & we are so VERY GRATEFUL to you for caring for him & training him to be such a sweet angel of a dog! I've heard sooooooo many horror stories about new puppies in a new home & we feel so blessed that we have found the most PERFECT puppy anyone could ever ask for!! Cute, cuddly, friendly, smart & playful!! We're the happiest new parents in the world!!! THANK YOU again for everything!
In regards to the Life's Abundance food, YES I have ordered all of the things you reccommended and started an autoship account as well! I read through their entire website & and I am very pleased with the quality and safety of these products for our new love child!
